Imperial Sports Ground Classes

Working in a gym management role at Imperial Sports Ground provides me with a unique perspective on the environment in which I collaborate with my clients. I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring it remains a safe and productive workspace. I'm also committed to curating a diverse and engaging class timetable, catering to a wide range of fitness interests and goals.

Our class timetable includes a variety of options to suit different preferences:

  1. Bootcamp: A high-intensity group workout designed to challenge and inspire participants.

  2. Dance Fit: A fun and energetic class that combines dance with fitness for an enjoyable workout experience.

  3. Functional Fitness: Focusing on practical movements to improve overall strength and flexibility.

  4. Core: A class dedicated to strengthening your core muscles for better stability and posture.

  5. Yoga: Providing a serene and mindful practice for enhanced flexibility and relaxation.

  6. Pilates: Concentrating on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

  7. Low Impact Body Conditioning: A gentle yet effective workout for those looking for low-impact exercise.

  8. Spin: A high-energy indoor cycling class to boost cardiovascular fitness.

  9. Weights: A class centered on weight training and muscle building.

  10. Weight Management: A program tailored to help individuals achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

  11. Circuits: A circuit-style workout that offers variety and intensity.

  12. Senior Circuits: A specialised circuit class for older adults focusing on strength and mobility.

  13. Meditation: An opportunity to relax, unwind, and improve mental well-being

The classes I personally lead encompass a wide range of fitness needs and preferences, such as:

Maintaining Mobility: This program is designed for individuals dealing with chronic joint pain or osteoarthritis. The exercises are carefully crafted to be gentle yet effective, tailored to the specific needs of the participants. The aim is to equip attendees with tools for managing their own mobility and remaining strong for an active lifestyle.

Gym Fit – Gym Based Weights Class: This class utilises free weights and resistance equipment in the gym, guided by our experienced in-house personal trainer. It's ideal for those eager to learn and improve their skills within the gym environment, focusing on proper technique and form for effective strength training.

6:30 am – Shape Up Before Work – Conditioning: Kickstart your day with an energetic early morning workout session in the Gym Studio. This class emphasises fat loss and conditioning, incorporating bodyweight exercises and resistance equipment to leave you feeling energised and ready for the day ahead.

HIT Strong: In this boxing-based class, participants develop their boxing skills and engage in a workout that utilises tabatas and functional exercises to enhance fitness and strength. You'll learn the fundamentals of boxing, from stance and different punches to creating power and speed. This class also provides an opportunity for interactive training using pads and punch bags for both offensive and defensive movements.

My goal is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and effective for everyone, regardless of their experience level or fitness goals. I'm dedicated to providing a wide range of classes to meet the diverse needs and preferences of our clients.
